David Cope

David Cope founded Anew Life Center in 2008 to usher in a new era of permanent healing with emotional medicine.

David’s Story:

David Cope had been a businessman all his adult life until twenty-five years ago when his life fell apart. He developed autoimmune disorders, which included debilitating food allergies, chemical sensitivities, and chronic fatigue syndrome. David felt lost and distraught in his life, yet desperately searched for answers for his physical and emotional conditions. Everywhere he turned, he found well-intentioned medical and alternative therapeutic support and treatment, but nothing worked.

Inspired by CandicePert’s book Molecules of Emotions, which linked emotions to illnesses, David had the insight that his divorce created the emotional stressor that caused his immune system to collapse. From this unique perspective, he learned how to heal the emotional pain of his divorce so his body could become healthy again.

From this personal healing journey, David has pioneered an entirely novel approach to autoimmune diseases and chronic illnesses called emotional medicine. This novel approach recognizes that emotional stress disables the body’s ability to self-repair and is the singular root cause of chronic diseases and autoimmune disorders.

With over twenty years of research and study, David developed the curriculum of Beyond Remisiom’s online educational programs. Beyond Remission uses emotional medicine to empower individuals to support their body’s innate ability to self-heal by resolving their internal emotional state. By working on their internal emotional state rather than their illness, these individuals will naturally outgrow their chronic illnesses as their bodies self-repair and become healthy.

Through his experience and extraordinary success in helping hundreds of individuals conquer their autoimmune disorders and chronic illnesses, David is passionate about ushering in a new era of permanent healing with Beyond Remission and emotional medicine.

Josie Warren

Josie Warren has been the program teacher and managing director for Beyond Remission educational programs for the past 5 years. Josie received her Master of Arts at the University of Denver, worked at the Betty Ford Center, and was a Licensed Professional Counselor before working with Anew Life Center.

Josie’s Story:

For much of her young adult life, Josie struggled with CVID (Common Variable Immune Disorder), Raynaud’s Disease, Hashimoto’s, lupus, MS, severe food allergies, and the debilitating eating disorder anorexia.

Josie was constantly going to medical doctors’ offices for tests and treatments. She worked with dieticians, holistic practitioners, and psychologists, but nobody knew what was really going on with her body that caused it to go haywire. Josie was told by her medical doctors that each of her diagnoses was lifelong and that she just needed to manage them the best she could for the rest of my life. Josie felt crushed, like a lost cause, and she had no hope. She was only in her twenties – these were supposed to be the best years of her life.

Fortunately, Josie was searching for answers she wasn’t getting from her medical doctors. Looking back, she felt like she was led to Anew Life Center by a greater force. After her first experience with Anew Life Center’s program, it was like a lightning bolt – she says she knew that the program would forever change her life: Josie found a whole new way of truly healing.

Working with Anew Life Center’s educational program, Josie stopped focusing on her symptoms and started understanding how her internal emotional state was creating her illnesses. As she began to realize that her emotional state was in her control, in less than two months, all her conditions and symptoms just seemed to dissolve and fade away.

Nine years later, Josie is 100 percent healthy: she no longer has any of her conditions. “I feel fully alive, not just surviving. I have an amazing, active life. I love to cook and eat all my favorite foods. I rock climb, camp, paddleboard, hike, and ski in the winter. I now have dreams of making a real impact on the world. I am passionate and excited about sharing what saved my life with others who have chronic illnesses and autoimmune disorders.”

Josie knows her calling is to be a beacon of light to show the world true healing is possible.
